Before filing a grievance with problemfreeloans.com

AHave you come to this page because you are unhappy with some part of our services, loan offerings, or having trouble with payments? Don’t worry; we are here to help. Here is what you need to know before submitting a complaint:

  1. Before deciding to use the services of a Claim Management Company
one should consider the consequences. Despite their “no win no fee” service, they lack a deep understanding of one’s finances and are not able to explain the situation as accurately as one can. Furthermore, they use personal information to their advantage, to the detriment of the claimant. Moreover, they demand a maximum of 30% of any refunds received, just for sending out a template letter of complaint. For these reasons, it is important to contact our team before launching a claim with a CMC. After all, it’s our job to help you.
  2. Do not be perplexed by what you can obtain.
Remember that, generally, the highest amount of recompense you will acquire is a reimbursement of the interest you paid. Even if your grievance is accepted, you would still need to reimburse the money you had taken out.
  3. You will get an immediate response to your complaint via email.
Upon receiving your complaint, you will receive an email confirming its reception. We will do our utmost to settle your complaint as promptly as we can. Depending on the type of complaint, it can take anywhere from two days to eight weeks to get a definitive answer.
  4. Get a final response letter.
We will give you a final answer to your complaint within two months of us receiving it. If you would like to take the complaint to the Ombudsman, you must do so within half a year of when the final response letter was sent.
  5. Be advised:
All real grievances are accepted by us and we will try our hardest to assist you. Feel free to reach out to one of our staff members.

A Word of Caution

Cashfloat and other direct payday loan providers have noticed that certain third-party contacts, called claim management companies, are attempting to solicit business from those who are not satisfied with their loan. These companies will offer to make a complaint on the customer’s behalf in return for a fee. We want to remind our customers that it is not necessary to pay in order to file a complaint. Making a complaint is completely free and we will handle it sensitively and efficiently.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do all we can to ensure your complaint is resolved to your satisfaction.
